We are looking for an outstanding person to join our fantastic team as an Assistant Teacher in our preschool room! Position is for 5 Days a Week, Monday thru Friday, 8:
30am - 4:
30pm.
Must be patient, enthusiastic, reliable and with great work ethic.
Experience working with young children in a childcare setting a plus.
Job Description:
Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing lessons that meet educational requirements in an age-appropriate manner, and teach in a manner that meets the needs for the ages and abilities of all participating students.
Assist with managing a busy classroom environment, and help provide the structure and discipline required for successful learning for everyone in the classroom.
Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and other supplementary assistance.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create an optimal learning and care environment.
Assist the Lead Teacher with addressing basic interpersonal skills, such as sharing, taking turns, and asking permission in the classroom.
