Full time counselor position working Tuesday through Saturday at Alina Lodge in Blairstown, New Jersey.
Candidate must have either an LCADC or CADC and possess at least two years of experience as a clinician in an organization providing services to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required, with experience in Twelve Step programs.
Candidates having a working knowledge of electronic medical record documentation and CBT experience a plus.
Perform bio-psychosocial interviews, diagnostic evaluations, individual counseling, lectures, crisis intervention, group counseling and therapy to support female population during long-term treatment in a non-permissive setting.
Participate in treatment team conferences, work with family members, referral sources, legal representatives, et al.
